Authority to leave (ATL) is only available if you contact the carrier directly and request this service once your tracking details have been issued.

By default, deliveries require a signature to ensure your order arrives safely. 

Sumo Strength cannot request ATL on your behalf or accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods if ATL is granted directly with the carrier.
